You KNOW you should eat healthy food and provide good choices for yourself and your family, but even the thought of grocery shopping makes you cringe?

The fact is, when you look better, you feel better. You’re more confident, you own your sexy, you look smoking hot in a pencil skirt … what’s not to feel good about?

What you may not understand is that that the opposite is also true. When you feel great on the inside, when your body is running at it’s best and your nutrition is in check,
things start to fall in place on the outside, both with your
physical body and with your life in general.

As a 25-year veteran of the corporate world and now an entrepreneur, I know the pressures we face as women in business.

I’m Deb Boulanger, the whole life coach for professional women over 40 who want to be healthy, relaxed, alert and strong … without adding to their to do lists!

The issue isn’t only disease. Weight gain, energy dips, mood swings and "fuzzy brain" are ALL the result of eating the wrong foods.

I wish I had a magic wand that would make it all better, that would make life easier and give you more hours in the day, but I don’t. What I do have are really simple and easy-to-follow guidelines that can turn your stress and struggle into a manageable, healthy routine that leaves you time to do things for you!

It was when I hired my own health coach that my world flipped around. The light bulb went on. I was able to not only eat better, but I made better life choices.
