Isn't it time to live life on your terms?

What would it be worth to you to wake up and realize your wildest dream wasn’t so wild after all? That you were actually living it?

Most of us live our lives out of habit, slowly but surely draining our batteries to satisfy the expectations of friends, family, significant others, bosses and co-workers. We’re not where we want to (or believe we should) be, but don’t know how to get there from where we are now. As a result, we often we feel depleted, unappreciated and “resigned to our fates.”

Happiness is not a fate, it’s an objective. An objective needs a plan.

Has divorce left you stunned and afraid and living a 'shadow life'?

Have years of stress taken a toll on your health?

Are you tired of chasing work-life balance and ready to find your true passion?

I help women over 40 create the lives they are meant to live – healthy, happy and spiritually abundant. I believe that every moment presents opportunities to invest in your happiness, and that small changes can yield profound results. I also believe in applying professional skills to achieve personal happiness. My approach is diagnostic, coordinated and most importantly, actionable.

Time flies. Isn’t it time to start living the life you were meant to live? Take the first step in living a whole life…

The Great Do-Over Gives Back

GFA_BadgeAs a social entrepreneur, I believe that an inherent aspect of an evolutionary business is the acknowledgement that we are all connected. That what we create is not ours alone.  And that the practice of giving back is fundamental to the structure of an evolutionary business model.

That's why I am a member of The GiveFirst Alliance

Our chosen fund for 2016

MalalaMalala Yousafzai is a symbol of courage for girls and women all over the world. Why? Malala stood up for her beliefs, faced down fear, and acted with absolute courage in defending her right to an education.

As a part of our "GiveFirst" campaign, The Great Do-Over will be donating 10% of all proceeds from The Great Do-Over group program to the Malala fund in 2016. I hope you will join me.
